Grilled Salmon with Mango Salad

The salmon is perfectly cooked and slightly sweet and smoky flavour. However, it can be a little bit dry as the salmon doesn’t serve with any sauce to dip with. The salmon was only served with mango salad which is quite appetizing.

Italian Chicken Chop

This dish is a baked chicken breast with ham and cheese. The chicken breast is flavourful as it is marinated with herbs and spices. Sometimes, chicken breasts are often overcooked until dry and chewy. But this chicken breast was tender and juicy. The brown gravy also a great accompaniment to baked chicken breast.
