Monsta Cafe (Part 2)
Monsta Café are selling variety of foods and desserts. They
have Asian foods and western foods.
Nasi Lemak
Nasi lemak was served with fried chicken, sambal, anchovies,
salted peanuts, cucumber, fried egg and baby tomatoes. The rice is lightly
salted and made fragrant with a knot of pandan leaves and coconut milk. I don’t
really like the fried chicken as it was too dry and not even juicy. The sambal is
delicious, slightly spicy and aromatic.
Vegetable fried rice
The vegetable fried rice combines the rice with bell peppers,
carrots and broccoli. The fried rice is quite oily to me, I can barely finish
it. I would prefer a fried rice from “zi char” restaurant as it has the “wok
hei” aroma.
