 Carbonara Spaghetti with Ham

 I am quite disappointed with this spaghetti as the portion of the carbonara spaghetti is very small. The spaghetti is topped with ham and herbs. The paste is creamy however I feel it was just too bland and there wasn't enough of it. A great carbonara should have a sauce that is rich and flavorful. They should add some mushrooms to increase the flavor of their carbonara.

 Fried Chicken Rice with Japanese Curry

 The fried chicken is well marinated and deep fried. Sometimes, a deep fried chicken can be overcooked and gives a tough and dry texture. However, this fried chicken is tender and juicy. The Japanese curry was quite normal, I believe they used the instant Japanese curry. As for the rice, they were using the normal white rice. They should use the Japanese white rice which provides a chewier texture.
