Fungi Pollo e Olio

Coffee Signature has few selections of pasta such as aglio olio, creamy mushroom, seafood and tomato meatball to suit different needs. We ordered the Fungi Pollo E Olio and Tomato Meatball pasta. Fungi Pollo E Olio cooked with wild mushroom, grilled chicken and olive oil. The flavour of this pasta is too bland as they put too much of herbs seasoning to cook with and the aroma of herbs covered the aroma of garlic. I would prefer an aglio olio with stronger garlic flavour. However, the grilled chicken thigh was well seasoned.

Tomato Meatball Pasta

The presentation for this pasta wasn’t attractive to me.  The tomato sauce was well flavoured with herbs, spices and onion. It topped with some parmesan power and fresh basil. But the texture of the meatballs were tough and flavourless. It one of the worst meatballs I ever had in my life.

Croissants with salmon & scrambled egg

Smoked salmon is one of my all-time favourite food. The croissants was toasted in butter topped with scrambled eggs and smoked salmon! It comes with 2 side dishes as well which is the fries and salad. The smoked salmon pairs well with buttery croissants and the scrambled egg. However, two slices of smoked salmon were not enough for me. I suggest that they should put few more slices.
