The food they are selling are more towards affordable western food. We got the chance to try out some of their signature dishes.

Onion Blossom

Onion blossom is a deep-fried onion and it is one of the signature dishes of Café Racer. The taste of this onion blossom was awesome. The onion blossom was crispy outside and inside it was moist and sweet. All the onion was fried equally, and it is so crunch and juicy. It makes the perfect bite when you dip it with their own signature salad sauce.

Thugs Beef Bowl

If you were a beef lover, I will highly recommend everyone to try this!! The pasta is well cooked with 90gm melting beef cubes, caramelized onion and mushroom topped with brown gravy sauce. The beef was super soft and tender. The texture is like once you put in your mouth, it will eventually melt in your mouth without chewing. The brown gravy was perfect match with the pasta, it was savory and mixed with the aroma of the caramelized onion.
